If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it to DAMSON for a refund, DAMSON operates a standard 30 days refund policy from the date of shipping, The Damson S-Series Dolby Atmos system enjoys a 100 days refund policy (please read below section for information). 

In order to qualify for a refund, Consumer MUST have bought the product through damsonglobal.com. Refunds cannot be provided where a third party is involved. In this case DAMSON advises the consumer to contact the vendor where they purchased.

To qualify for a refund, Consumer MUST contact DAMSON within 28/100 days of shipping notification. Any request for refund after this period will be rejected.

Consumer must notify DAMSON to obtain a Return Authorisation Number ("RAN").  The RAN number should be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product being sent to DAMSON. DAMSON will not accept a return that does not have a RAN number. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to DAMSON.

The product MUST be returned in its original packaging (outer box) and include ANY and ALL accessories. Failure to return the item in the same condition as shipped to Consumer may result in rejection of the refund or additional costs being applied.  Products returned unopened/unused will be refunded in full.  The extent to which you handle the goods is the same as you were assessing them in a shop.

All products should be returned to DAMSON at the consumer's own cost. Damson has customer returns facilities in the UK & US. 

Proof of Postage is not proof of delivery. We recommend shipping using a tracking service.

Refunds can be expected within 14 days of receipt of goods at DAMSON and will only be submitted through to the original credit card or Paypal account. Due to fraud and Anti-Money laundering laws requests to submit funds in any other form cannot be granted.

Please note: Products purchased through third party websites or crowdfunding websites are not entitled to refunds.

Damson S-Series 100 days return policy

We know you will love your Damson S-Series and expect you to be very happy with your purchase. We also know that we have not got many showrooms where you can listen before you buy, and in order for you to make a confident and comfortable purchase we offer an extension of the Damson 30 days returns policy up to 100 days for the Damson S-Series. If for whatever reason, you find you are not happy with the Damson S-Series within 100 days, then you can simply return it to us for a full refund. All we ask you to do is contact the support team for an RMA.  Cover the cost of shipping it to our returns facilities in the UK or the USA. Return the item in a new, or as new, condition with all the original packaging and parts. Items that have suffered from misuse or damage or not returned as stated will be rejected.

Damson Global is a UK company. We are based in the UK but we also have fulfilment centres in the USA & Hong Kong which allows users of this site to benefit from much lower shipping rates. You may prefer to select one of our other sites more appropriate to your shipping address and currency.
