  • What surfaces does my Cisor work on?

    Your Cisor will work best on a surface which allows for resonance, like glass, MDF or wood. Solid surface such as granite, marble or stone are solid surfaces which do not allow for resonance and therefore are not appropriate for the Cisor

  • How do I pair my Cisor to a device?

    "Turn the Cisor to Bluetooth (logo will flash Blue). On your device go to Bluetooth settings and search. Select ""Damson Cisor"". Once you have paired with your device, it will automatically reconnect when you turn it on in the future. "

  • How do I pair two cisor's together?

    Turn both Cisors on and into Bluetooth mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device. Select which Cisor you want as your "Master" speaker On the back of this, hold down the play/pause button until you hear a chime. Do the same on the second speaker. These are now reset and ready to pair. Turn off one Cisor, keeping the master speaker turned on. Connect to the master from your device first, and then turn the partner speaker back on. On the main speaker, double tap the play/pause button. The LED will blink on both and you will hear a chime. The LED on both will flash, until you start playing audio, when the LED on the master speaker will go solid. This will give you stereo sound.

  • How do I use the Cisor with the AUX cable?

    Turn the Cisor to the Line in mode. The LED on the Cisor will be white. Fit the AUX cable into the Cisor and connect it to your device. Press play on your device.

  • Can I clean the Cisor foot pad?

    We recommend regular cleaning of the silicon pad on the bottom so to ensure it's grip to the surface you place it on. Clean it with a damp cloth using warm water and a little none abrasive soap. Ensure the surface you are sticking to does not have any grains, bumps, dust, dirt etc. as these will affect the stickiness of the pad.

  • How do I know when my device is charging and charged?

    When your Cisor is charging, the small LED on the back of the Cisor will be red. Once it is charged the LED will turn blue.

  • How do I reset the Cisor?

    Turn the speaker to Bluetooth mode, and hold down the play/pause button for 5-10 seconds. You will hear an audible chime to indicate that the Cisor has been reset. We recommend removing any Damson Cisor in your devices settings after a reset as it will have wiped any data.

  • How do I charge my Cisor?
    Cisor requires a USB-C cable (supplied, under the bottom of the insert in the box) 2.5amp / 5 Volt USB plug. Make sure you charge the Cisor directly from a wall socket.
  • Can I buy replacement the rubber pads?
    Your pad should be good for at least two years. If it is has been damaged please contact Damson Customer Support who will be happy to help.
  • My Cisor is not screwing into the mount
    Ensure you have lined up the threads of the Cisor and Mount correctly. The mount should turn easily into the Cisor. Be sure not to over screw the Cisor into the Mount. If you are experiencing problems please contact Damson Customer Support.
