  • How do i pair two cisors together?

  • What surfaces does my Cisor work on?

    Your Cisor will work best on a surface which allows for resonance, like glass, MDF or wood. Solid surface such as granite, marble or stone are solid surfaces which do not allow for resonance and therefore are not appropriate for the Cisor

  • How do I pair my Cisor to a device?

    "Turn the Cisor to Bluetooth (logo will flash Blue). On your device go to Bluetooth settings and search. Select ""Damson Cisor"". Once you have paired with your device, it will automatically reconnect when you turn it on in the future. "

  • How do I pair two cisor's together?

    Turn both Cisors on and into Bluetooth mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device. Select which Cisor you want as your "Master" speaker On the back of this, hold down the play/pause button until you hear a chime. Do the same on the second speaker. These are now reset and ready to pair. Turn off one Cisor, keeping the master speaker turned on. Connect to the master from your device first, and then turn the partner speaker back on. On the main speaker, double tap the play/pause button. The LED will blink on both and you will hear a chime. The LED on both will flash, until you start playing audio, when the LED on the master speaker will go solid. This will give you stereo sound.

  • How do I use the Cisor with the AUX cable?

    Turn the Cisor to the Line in mode. The LED on the Cisor will be white. Fit the AUX cable into the Cisor and connect it to your device. Press play on your device.

  • Can I clean the Cisor foot pad?

    We recommend regular cleaning of the silicon pad on the bottom so to ensure it's grip to the surface you place it on. Clean it with a damp cloth using warm water and a little none abrasive soap. Ensure the surface you are sticking to does not have any grains, bumps, dust, dirt etc. as these will affect the stickiness of the pad.

  • Do you sell replacement cables?

    Yes, please see the accessories section of our website

damson cisor-Care & Maintenance

  • How do I know when my device is charging and charged?

    When your Cisor is charging, the small LED on the back of the Cisor will be red. Once it is charged the LED will turn blue.

  • How do I reset the Cisor?

    Turn the speaker to Bluetooth mode, and hold down the play/pause button for 5-10 seconds. You will hear an audible chime to indicate that the Cisor has been reset. We recommend removing any Damson Cisor in your devices settings after a reset as it will have wiped any data.

  • How do I charge my Cisor?
    Cisor requires a USB-C cable (supplied, under the bottom of the insert in the box) 2.5amp / 5 Volt USB plug. Make sure you charge the Cisor directly from a wall socket.
  • Can I buy replacement the rubber pads?
    Your pad should be good for at least two years. If it is has been damaged please contact Damson Customer Support who will be happy to help.
  • My Cisor is not screwing into the mount
    Ensure you have lined up the threads of the Cisor and Mount correctly. The mount should turn easily into the Cisor. Be sure not to over screw the Cisor into the Mount. If you are experiencing problems please contact Damson Customer Support.

vulcan-General

  • How do I connect by Bluetooth?

    Turn on Vulcan a voice will say hello and then "pairing". In the Bluetooth settings of your device search for Damson Vulcan, and choose this. Once found you shouldn’t need to re-pair again.

  • Can I replace the grilles?
    Yes, the grilles are magnetic and can be easily removed. Grilles are available to buy through our store.
  • Can I buy another power supply?
    Yes, they for sale under the accessories section of our website.
  • How do I use the Vulcan wired?

    Insert a 3.5mm cable into the back of the Vulcan. Press and hold the play/pause button for a few seconds, release your finger and the LED will turn white. Press play on your device.

  • Can I use my Vulcan as a speakerphone?

    Yes. When a call is incoming, press the play/pause button to answer.

  • How do I charge my Vulcan?

    Please use the supplied power supply. This is an international adapter so you can select a plug for your region. The logo will flash Red if it is turned on, or stay solid red if it is turned off, until it is charged. When fully charged the LED will go off.

  • The Vulcan indicates it is connected to a streaming device but there is no audio.

    Please check that no other devices have connected to the Vulcan first. If it is, disconnect and connect the device you want to play from.

  • Can I reset the Vulcan?

    Yes, make sure you run the battery totally flat.

  • What output does PowerPlant work with?
    For USB it will charge most USB devices. For AC output (wall plug) the maximum output is 95 Watts. Please check the wattage of your device
  • How long will the PowerPlant power my device

    This depends on a number of factors such as the power output required to charge/power your device.

  • Can I charge my device while PowerPlant is charging?

    Yes. Although sometimes the PowerPlant can become too hot. In this case the built in sensors will safely power off PowerPlant.

  • What is the total mAh of the PowerPlant battery?

    20,100 mAh. The battery can be swapped out for another battery when it is discharged.

  • Do you plan to sell spare batteries?
    Yes
  • What Voltage does PowerPlant work with?
    PowerPlant supports everything from 240 volts down making it compatible with almost all countries power requirements
  • What do you mean by universal power supply?
    We mean that it works with US/UK/EU/AU without the need for an adapter.

  • How do I attach the Cisor to the Mount?
    Align the threads of the Cisor and Mount and simply screw the Cisor into the Mount. Please do not over screw the mount as this may cause damage to the thread and cause the speaker to become stuck.
  • How do I attach the Mount to a window?
    Please ensure the window is clean and free of any moisture. Simply place the Mount on the window and press down the lever which will create a suction securing the mount. Give the Cisor a light tug to make sure it's secure.
  • What surfaces can I use this on?
    The surface needs to be clean, flat and moisture free. For example, a wooden door may appear this way however the grain of the wood will mean the surface is not entirely flat. The best surfaces to use would be plastic or glass.

S-Series

  • How much are the additional S-Cube speakers?

    They can be purchased individually from our website (Prices may vary based on location)

  • Is the S-Series a 5.1.4 System?
    ​Our system is currently a 5.1.2.
  • What spatial clearance does the Atmos unit need?
    To get the best effect from Dolby Atmos it is recommended that the ceiling height is between 2.5 (9 ft) to 3.5 metres (15 ft) and the ceiling is flat.
  • How many additional S-Cube speakers can you be add to the system?
    The system comes with two S-Cubes. You can add up to another 14 giving you 16 speakers in total that can be added.
  • What is the range of the remote control?
    10 metres
  • What is the expected battery life of the S-Cube?
    Up to to 8 hours depending on the volume and audio content.
  • Can the S-Cubes be used to play music from other sources, but also using the entire system (S-Bar, S-Woofer & Atmos)
    "Yes, the S-Bar can play music via Bluetooth and also through HDMI inputs (Spotify by Amazon Fire stick for example). It also has aux-in. The S-Cubes can also be connected to via Bluetooth and Aux-in, and in multiple ways. You can have up to 16 S-Cubes in total connected in total. "
  • What wireless network does the s-series work on?
    The Damson S-Series uses its own wireless network - JetStreamNet.
  • Will my Atmos speaker work inside my TV cabinet?

    No. The Atmos needs a clear line of sight to the ceiling to reflect the sound.

  • Can I use the S-Cubes on their own?
    Yes, you can disconnect the S-Cubes to use as a pair or on their own, connect to any Bluetooth device and stream.
  • Are the S-Cubes re-chargeable?

    Yes, using the universal power supply provided.

  • Can I stream music to the S-Series via Bluetooth?

    Yes, just change to the S-Series to Bluetooth on the S-Bar. This can be done directly on the S-Bar or via the remote control.

  • How do I re-pair my S-Cubes to the system?

    Turn on the S-Cube, quickly press the pair button on the back of the S-Cube at the same time as the pair button on the remote control. This will take 1-2 seconds to re-connect with the system.

  • Why do my S-Cubes drop out after 60 seconds?

    This is because the S-Cubes have not been connected back into the system correctly. Please refer to the above answer for how to connect them.

  • My S-Cubes intermittently cut out when the full system is in use

    This could be dependent on the location of the S-Cube's in your room. If there is any obstacle, the speakers may drop out, which is them trying to recalibrate with the S-Series. Try adjusting the position of your S-Cubes.

  • Does the Damson S-Series support Atmos through a PS4 and/or X-Box 1?

    PS4 - Yes, but only when using the PS4 to play via Blu-ray. X-Box 1 - Yes, when streaming content such as Netflix, and when playing Blu-ray discs.

  • Is the S-Series compatible with Amazon Fire?
    Yes, it works with all Amazon Fire, but to benefit from Dolby Atmos content you will need an Amazon 4K ready device and a 4K UHD TV.
  • Will the S-Series work with my LG OLED TV?

    Check your TV manufacturer instructions for the ability to stream Dolby Atmos and then refer to your TV user guide for setup.

  • Does the S-Series support ARC?

    Yes, connect the HDMI output from the S-Woofer to the HDMI ARC port on the TV.

  • Why is my TV not playing sound when connected in ARC?
    1) Check you have the connections correct as above. 2) Refer to your TV manufacturer's setup guide. ARC settings can be hidden in the audio settings submenu. It may be referred to as CES or Simplink.
  • What if I'm not receiving the Dolby Atmos signal through ARC?

    Not all TVs support this feature. Refer to your manufacturer's specifications. To bypass this, consider connecting your devices (Blu-ray, Xbox etc.) directly to the S-Woofer.

  • How will I know if my S-Series is playing Atmos content?
    If the LED on the front of the S-Woofer is flashing, the content is Atmos.
  • My remote control seems to be unresponsive. How can I fix this?

    1) Check that there are 2 working AAA Batteries inserted. Try replacing these. 2) If the remote continues to be unresponsive, follow these steps to reconnect it; Remove the power cable from the S-Woofer, wait 20 seconds and insert it back in. The red LED will now show on the front of the S-Woofer. On the remote control press the vol - (minus) and the mute buttons quickly and simultaneously. The remote should now work.

  • What are the dimensions of the individual parts of the S-Series?

    Cubes: ​L x W x H ​9.5 x 9.5 x 11.5cm/3.6 x 3.6 x 4.7in. ​ ​Soundbar: ​22.5 x 9.5 x 11.5cm/9 x 3.6 x 4.7in.Woofer: ​24 x 9 x 24cm/9.5 x 3.5 x 9.5in. ​Please note the width of 9cm/3.5in is inclusive of the small leg which the speaker uses to balance on.

  • Which power cables do I need to use?
    It is very important to Check the power on the plug head. For The S-Cubes, use 1500 mAh. S-Woofer: use 2000 mAh. S-Bar: use 3000 mAh.
  • What do I do if there seems to be no power to my S-Bar?

    Unplug the S-Woofer and S-Bar, wait for 20 seconds, plug them back in and turn on. Ensure the power cables are correct (S-Cube: 1500mAh, S-Woofer: 2000mAh, S-Bar: 3000mAh) If that doesn’t work, please contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Why my Blu-ray player is not playing Dolby Atmos?
    Refer to your Blu-ray player manufacturers guide and check the audio settings of your Blu-ray player are configured correctly. Go to the audio settings of your Blu-ray player and change to TrueHD output. The LED on the S-Woofer will flash when receiving Dolby Atmos content.
  • Why does my S-bar make a loud pitch when watching Sky Q?
    This is due to your settings on the Sky Q box. Go into the Sky Q menu, navigate to the HDMI control setting and disable this.
  • Is the S-Series Virtual Dolby Atmos?
    No, it is actual Dolby Atmos that uses two up-firing speakers in the Atmos extension which connects to the top of the S-Bar (soundbar)

HeadBones X

  • How do I pair my device to the HeadBones?

    First, open the Bluetooth settings on your device. While this is open, hold down the volume + button on the HeadBones X. You will hear "Power on". Keep holding this down until you see the HeadBones X appear as an option to connect to in your devices Bluetooth settings. Choose HeadBones X, and you will hear "Connected". You are now connected and ready to play audio.

  • How long does the battery last?

    The battery will last up to 6 hours between charges

  • How long do I need to charge them for?

    The HeadBones X need to be charged for 2-3 hours from a wall socket to ensure they are fully charged

  • How do I charge them?

    You can use the micro-USB cable that is supplied

  • Can people around me hear what I am listening to?

    There may be some as the the device isn't in-ear. This is also dependent on the volume you are listening at

  • When will I know if they are fully charged?

    When the HeadBones X are charging, the LED next to the charging port will be red. When they are fully charged, this will change to blue.

  • My HeadBones are vibrating
    Good! That means they are working!
  • I can only hear out of one side of my HeadBones
    Try running them completely flat and charging from a wall socket? If so, and it's still the same, please contact our support team

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DEVICE IS CHARGING AND CHARGED?

    THE LED ON YOUR PRODUCT WILL TURN RED WHEN CHARGING AND WILL TURN OFF ONCE THE ITEM IS FULLY CHARGED. 

  • WHAT PRODUCTS DO DAMSON SPEAKERS WORK WITH?

    PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING THAT PLAYS AUDIO. IF YOUR DEVICE CAN STREAM BLUETOOTH AUDIO THEN THIS MAKES IT A SYNC TO PLAY MUSIC. IF YOU LIKE USING CABLES ALL THE PRODUCTS HAVE A WAY TO CABLE INTO THE SPEAKERS (EVEN HEADBONES).

  • HOW TO PAIR A CISOR TO YOUR DEVICE?

    MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE IS NOT PAIRED TO ANYTHING ELSE. MAKE SURE YOUR CISOR IS FULLY CHARGED AND NOT PAIRED TO ANOTHER DEVICE. TURN YOUR CISOR ONTO BLUETOOTH MODE. ENSURE YOUR DEVICE IS IN PAIRING MODE. THE CISOR WILL DISPLAY ON YOUR DEVICE. SELECT THE CISOR. YOUR DEVICE IS NOW CONNECTED TO THE CISOR. YOU CAN NOW PLAY AUDIO.

  • IS THERE A RESET FOR THE CISOR?

    YES, TURN THE SPEAKER TO BLUETOOTH MODE.  HOLD DOWN THE PLAY BUTTON FOR 5 - 10 SECS.  YOU WILL HEAR A "DONG" TO INDICATE IT HAS RESET.  

  • HOW DO I CONNECT MY CISOR TO MY DEVICE VIA LINE IN?

    SWITCH THE CISOR TO LINE IN MODE. INSERT ONE END OF THE 3.5MM JACK INTO THE LINE IN PORT ON THE CISOR. INSERT THE OTHER END OF THE 3.5MM JACK INTO THE PORT ON YOUR DEVICE. PLAY AUDIO.

  • HOW DO I CHARGE MY CISOR?

    PLEASE USE THE CHARGING CABLE THAT WAS SUPPLIED WITH THE CISOR. INSERT THE SMALL END OF THE CABLE INTO THE CISOR. THE LARGE END WITH THE USB NEEDS TO BE INSERTED INTO A USB PLUG. ALWAYS USE A WALL PLUG TO CHARGE YOUR CISOR.

  • MY CISOR WILL NOT SCREW INTO IT’S MOUNT?

    IF THIS IS THE CASE, PLEASE DO NOT FORCE THE CISOR TO FIT. PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT VIA THE SUPPORT. PLEASE HAVE YOUR SERIAL NUMBERS TO HAND AND ALSO A PHOTO OF EACH THREAD ON THE CISOR AND THE MOUNT.

  • MY CISOR HAS A PERMANENT PURPLE LIGHT ON THE LED IN THE BACK. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

    CONTACT SUPPORT USING THE CONTACT FORM TO THE RIGHT OF THIS PAGE.

  • WHEN I HAVE TWO CISORS CONNECTED I AM GETTING DROPOUTS. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

    THE MASTER CISOR NEEDS TO HAVE A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT WITH THE BLUETOOTH STREAMING DEVICE.PLACING YOUR TWO CISORS AND THE BLUETOOTH DEVICE IN A TRIANGULAR SETUP IS PREFERABLE. THE BLUETOOTH RANGE IS 10METRES/30 FOOT

  • MY CISOR DOES NOT SCREW EASILY INTO THE MOUNT

    WHEN ATTACHING THE CISOR TO THE MOUNT, ENSURE YOU DO NOT OVER-SCREW THE CISOR INTO THE MOUNT AS THEY CAN CAUSE THE LEG OF THE CISOR TO BECOME LOOSE. 
    WHEN SECURING THE CISOR TO THE MOUNT, AS LONG AS THE CISOR IS SECURE IN THE MOUNT, THE CISOR IS FITTED CORRECTLY. THE CISOR DOES NOT HAVE TO SCREW FULLY INTO THE MOUNT. SOME THREAD CAN BE SHOWING. TO TEST, ATTACH THE MOUNT AND CISOR TO A CLEAN, CLEAR AND FLAT GLASS WINDOW OR WORK SURFACE AND TUG THE CISOR WITH ONE HAND WHILST CRADLING IT WITH THE OTHER HAND. IF THE CISOR DOES NOT COME AWAY FROM THE MOUNT, IT IS SECURE. 
    BELOW ARE TWO IMAGES OF TWO CISORS FITTED WITH THE MOUNT. PLEASE NOTE THE BLACK CISOR SHOWS SOME THREAD HOWEVER, IT IS STILL SECURE AND TIGHT. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HIDE ALL THE THREAD. AS SOON AS YOU FEEL A TIGHT FIT BETWEEN THE CISOR AND THE MOUNT, IT IS SECURE.

Headbones

  • HOW DO I CHARGE MY HEADBONES?

    ALWAYS CHARGE OFF THE MAINS USING THE CABLE SUPPLIED AND A USB PLUG. DO NOT CHARGE OFF ANYTHING SUCH AS A LAPTOP AS THIS WILL ONLY PROVIDE A TRICKLE CHARGE. FOR THE FIRST THREE CHARGES, CHARGE OVERNIGHT. THE SUBSEQUENT CHARGES 2 TO 4 HOURS WILL SUFFICE.

  • HOW DO I PAIR MY HEADBONES?

    ENSURE THE HEADBONES ARE CHARGED. ENSURE YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS TURNED ON AND NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING ELSE. PLACE THE HEADBONES ON YOUR HEAD. TURN THE HEADBONES ON USING THE POWER BUTTON. YOU WILL HEAR THE WORDS, "POWER ON". KEEP HOLDING THE POWER BUTTON AND YOU WILL HEAR THE WORDS, "PAIRING". TAKE YOU FINGER OFF THE POWER BUTTON. YOU WILL NOW SEE DAMSON HEADBONES LISTED ON YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO SELECT THEM.

  • HOW DOES THE TWIST PRODUCE SOUND?

    GOOD! IT'S SUPPOSED TO. IF IT DIDN'T VIBRATE YOU WOULDN'T HEAR ANYTHING.

damson headspace-general

  • Using the Aux connector

    A 3.5mm cable was included in the box. Plug one end into the headphone jack of the device you want to play the audio from, and the other end into the headphone jack on the right hand side ear of the headphones. You do not need to power on to listen to audio, but will need to activate ANC.

  • Which Products are compatible with Damson HeadSpace?

    Anything that has an auxiliary cable or has AD2P Bluetooth.

  • How do I pair to HeadSpace by Bluetooth?

    Turn on the HeadSpace by holding down the Bluetooth button until you hear "Power on". Make sure Bluetooth is activated on the chosen device and is able to search. Select "Damson HeadSpace". You will hear the "connected" when it is paired.

  • How do I use the Aux connector?
    A 3.5mm cable was included in the box. Plug one end into the headphone jack of the device you want to play the audio from, and the other end into the headphone jack on the right hand side ear of the headphones. 
  • There is no audio from the Bluetooth device.

    First check that the volume on the device you are playing from is turned up. Check that the device is connected to the correct device in the Bluetooth settings. If you are still experiencing no audio please contact our support team.

  • Can you reset the HeadSpace headphones?

    Yes, run the battery flat by leaving the headphones and ANC turned on. Once flat, please charge for 12-18 hours directly from a wall socket. This will reconfigure the HeadSpace.

  • Does the HeadSpace have a microphone?
    Yes, however, please note the microphone will only work when the headphones are connected via Bluetooth, not the 3.5mm cable.
  • How do the volume and skip buttons work?

    The functions on the headphones themselves will only work if you are connected via Bluetooth, not wired.

  • How do I remove the ear cups?

    Turn the ear cups counter-clockwise to remove. Turn clockwise to add new ones. Please note replacement extra large ear cups are available through our website.

  • How do I charge my headphones?
    You should fully charge your headphones before first use. Your headphones should always be charged using a micro-usb cable and plugged in at a mains plug socket at the wall. Do not charge your headphones by connecting to a computer as this will not provide enough power and may cause battery issues. Whilst your HeadSpace are charging, the "d" logo will illuminate red. When your HeadSpace are fully charged, the light will go out.
  • Do you offer out of warranty repairs?

    Yes, our pricing is detailed in the warranty section. Please contact support if you wish to continue with an out of warranty repair.

S-Cube

  • Why are my S-Cubes Buzzing?
    What mode is your S-Cube in? If you are in Bluetooth, there may be a slight interference when no audio is playing when in Bluetooth, but this will vanish once audio is being played. If this continues or gets worse, please contact our support team
  • How do I pair my S-Cubes in Bluetooth?
    Once one of your speakers is connected to your Bluetooth device, take the next one you want to pair, and press the pair button on the back of it at the same time as the one on the back of the "master" speaker. These are paired together.Repeat this process with multiple S-Cubes if you want to add more to your set up.
  • Can I control my S-Cubes with my remote?
    No it can't. You will have to control the volume from the device that you are playing the audio from?
  • How many S-Cubes can I connect all together
    You can connect a maximum of 16
  • How do I charge the S-Cubes
    All the S-Cubes come with a charging cable. These can be fully charged in 2 hours
  • How long does the battery last
    The S-Cube battery lasts up to 8 hours (depending on audio and volume)
  • Can I use the S-Cube with out the S-Series?
    Yes, the S-Cubes can be used independently as Bluetooth speakers, or a multi-room stereo system
